Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products and all merchandise being discounted in contrast to our competitor we are not able to offer returns but the item may be eligible for our exchange program:

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact our exchange department via email at Nolovestudiosbusiness@gmail.com 24-72 hours of your purchase.

Customers should provide their proof of return in the event a shipment is lost while in their exchange is in transit. Failure to do so will result in their exchange being denied.

NoLove Studios reserves the rights to deny credit if the above policies are not adhered to by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
